First concert of A Gethsemani, and the only one with Isabelle Morival. Recorded on the evening of the Fête de la Musique, June 21, 1989, on Place d'Erlon in Reims, under an archway. The friends (that we hear!) are there. The titles come from Océan Velouté. A short performance, a brief flash of a shooting star in the first night of summer. A few weeks later, we will fly to Mauritius for two years. We won't have the opportunity of another concert together.

Premier concert d’A Gethsémani, et l'unique avec Isabelle Morival. Enregistré le soir de la Fête de la Musique, le 21 juin 1989, place d’Erlon à Reims, sous une arcade. Les amis (qu’on entend !) sont là. Les titres viennent d’Océan Velouté. Une courte performance, bref éclat d’une étoile filante dans la première nuit de l'été. Quelques semaines plus tard, nous nous envolerons pour deux ans à l’Ile Maurice. Nous n’aurons pas l’occasion d’autres concerts à deux.
